Central incisor replacement, Part 2: transitioning from the provisional to the final restoration
This presentation shows how a custom provisional restoration was enhanced by adding sub-gingival contour. These contours were then reproduced in a custom impression post and transferred across to the final custom abutment and crown. All that needed to be done was to copy the form in materials that were more biologically acceptable, durable, stronger and aesthetic
View Case StudyEmergence profile design in an esthetically demanding case using virtual technology
In this case a central incisor had to be replaced after some early trauma. The Emergence Profile for the final restoration was developed using a provisional restoration which was modified several times to build up to the desired form. A one-piece, screw-retained zirconia reconstruction digitally designed bonded to a Ti-Base abutment was used for the final restoration
View Case StudyImpression taking procedure with screw retained components in a full mouth implant supported rehabilitation
This case shows how to optimize impression taking and intermaxillary relation recording in a single-stage procedure using Camlog® Vario SR-abutments and Vario SR-titanium sleeves
View Case StudyImmediate implant placement following trauma in a young adult
This case shows a case of a young adult where there was severe trauma to the maxillary anterior region resulting in the fracture of two maxillary incisors. After some therapy to stabilize the situation the two maxillary central incisors were substituted by dental implants and implant supported restorations
View Case StudyTelescopic reconstruction based on implants and natural teeth
This presentation shows the treatment of a 66-year-old male presenting with a failing maxillary dentition. After removing the hopeless teeth, periodontal treatment was performed which allowed a total of four implants to be placed. The arch was restored with a Removable Telescopic Hybrid Reconstruction over copings on both the implants and some remaining teeth. This made for a simple, easily maintained and cost-effective solution for this patient.

This case shows how immediately loaded implants placed into fresh extraction sockets can be used for a faster approach in a complex rehabilitation
View Case StudyAll-on-Six maxillary rehabilitation on immediate placement implants
This case shows the reconstruction of the maxillary arch in a one-stage surgery using immediate loading of dental implants
View Case StudyAll-on-Fifteen transition
A 54-year-old female has a high caries rate and pains in her natural dentition. She dislikes the appearance and desires a definitive result. The case is transitioned to an implant supported dentition with screw-retained Zirconia frames and individual anterior crowns
