All-on-six with immediate loading in an edentulous mandible
This case presents an immediate transition from a broken down natural dentition to an implant supported, full-arch, provisional reconstruction. After healing, a definitive screw-retained, ceramo-metal reconstruction using Camlog® VarioSR components was completed.
View Case StudyLarge scale bone grafting from the hip with an all-on-six implant reconstruction
A patient had lost most of the base of her maxilla following the loss of her maxillary teeth. She received large scale bone grafts harvested from the hip to regenerate a ridge which was able to accommodate dental implants. A fixed reconstruction was then able to be provided
View Case StudyTransition from a failing dental reconstruction to an implant-supported hybrid reconstruction
This case shows how a failing reconstruction with extensive bone loss in the anterior region was transitioned to an implant-supported hybrid reconstruction. This required two rounds of bone augmentation. First, block grafts were applied to the deficient anterior region. Later, external sinus lifts were performed. Only then was it possible to place six implants which, when integrated, could support the final reconstruction
View Case StudyCrestal sinus lifts and implant supported restorations for a maxillary rehabilitation
Several teeth in the maxillary posterior region have been lost and are affecting function and aesthetics of the patient. This was solved by performing bi-lateral crestal approach sinus lifts and immediate implant placement. This allowed implant supported restorations to be placed
View Case StudyCentral incisor replacement, Part 1: Implant procedure to provisional restoration
A young female presented with a missing maxillary central incisor and resorption of the alveolar ridge. In a single procedure, the ridge was expanded using osteotomes and augmented with particulate bone graft. After four months, the implant was exposed and the soft tissues were distributed around a custom provisional restoration based on a temporary abutment
View Case StudyEmergence profile design in an esthetically demanding case using virtual technology
In this case a central incisor had to be replaced after some early trauma. The Emergence Profile for the final restoration was developed using a provisional restoration which was modified several times to build up to the desired form. A one-piece, screw-retained zirconia reconstruction digitally designed bonded to a Ti-Base abutment was used for the final restoration
View Case StudyImpression taking procedure with screw retained components in a full mouth implant supported rehabilitation
This case shows how to optimize impression taking and intermaxillary relation recording in a single-stage procedure using Camlog® Vario SR-abutments and Vario SR-titanium sleeves
View Case StudyFull arch maxillary rehabilitation on six immediately loaded implants and natural teeth
This case shows how immediately loaded implants placed into fresh extraction sockets can be used for a faster approach in a complex rehabilitation
