Incisor removal with implant replacement

This video shows the immediate replacement of a maxillary central incisor by an implant with a zirconia emergence abutment and a provisional crown. After placement of the implant, the rotational position of the implant is checked by trying in the abutment + restoration. Once this is verified then channel deficiency augmentation is performed.
